Well, now I have to answer, even if I don't know for sure.

But looking at the code I'd say yes, it seems to save the "accepted" state for a user in the user table, and it drops that column when it's uninstalled, so they'll probably have to accept again.

Personally, I'm waiting a little longer before reinstalling.
