In usercp/settings on the left side menu there is a link to Paid Subscriptions link, when you selected this option the available subscriptions showed up. or if you went to domain.com/payments.php they showed up there as well.

I removed your mod, reloaded the unmodified resgiter.php and changed back the permission settings for the subscriptions.

Now in both places the subscriptions do not show up.
