Just my take on it and I don't mean that how it sounds if bad simply how I had to say it . I also looked last time but the style is very similar and I don't see much that has changed... maybe next time list a few of the improvements specifically and ask for feedback on those only... if you changed the entire style, colors, images, header etc etc then ask for a review of the entire site.

umm Personally i dont like the style , it looks like you put together some images and smashed them together... perhaps a little clean up with the background, the register button and overall CSS improvements would make your site stand out a bit more..
