Editing Style is fairly easy if you don't want anything to fancy, just go to your Admin CP-->Styles & Templates-->Style Manager at the bottom of the page click on Add New Style, this will create a brand new default Style, name this to whatever you want. Then back in the Style Manager you'll see your new style, click the button that says Go next to your style, this will open the Stylevars menu.
Select on the different variables on the left and go about changing the colours to suit your needs.
There is a Stylevar Dictionary available for download on VB.com somewhere but it's quite outdated now, but it should help you get started.
Alternatively you could pay somebody to create a style for you (may be quite expensive).
Or find a free style that's available on here which is near to what you're looking for and try editing small parts of it to suit.
Let us know how you get on.
