If you are trying to install it on "localhost" such as on your home computer, it probably will not work. I think one person got it to work but I have installed and compiled Apache, PHP, MySQL, Perl, ect on my computer and it will not install on my home computer.

I had to install it on my actual server on the internet, so you may be one of the ones that have to do that also.

If you are not trying to install it on "localhost" on your computer, then I am not sure what could be the problem right off, everyone else seems to have it working (I think)
