I have installed the plug in but I do not know what to fill in the following fields

URL of your ActiveCampaign Email Marketing software, IE: http://mysite.com/email/

List ID's (comma-separate for multiple)
What list(s) should the user be subscribed to upon completing the vBulletin registration process?

The field name for "Yes/No" radio options
What is the field name (IE: field5) for the "Yes/No" radio options? (See the section User Profile Fields > User Profile Field Manager)

The field name for "Name" text box
What is the field name (IE: field6) for the "Name" text box? (See the section User Profile Fields > User Profile Field Manager)
