Lastly, have you tried enabling the advanced optimisation protocol, and changing your shoutbox settings (e.g auto idle is on, shoutbox only displays on one page, change how often the shoutbox refreshes)?

i am on servInt Enterprise VPS
yes i have tried all those settings, SB only on homepage and refresh every 6 seconds
