Now to my correction, the attachment manager by it'self, but it'll do the job manually.

What I can suggest is going to vBulletin Options - Message Attachment Options, and config a option there if it isnt already, or go into the template postbit_attachment or any one of it's sub-templates with attatchment, and view it's original, and replace what you have already.
