vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How to disable "Newest Member" listing on forum home?

I used the search and the latest post I could find was from 2002 which said to hack one of the forum templates.

Just checking to see if this has been moved to a point and click setting. I'm running VBulletin 4.1.2.

I'd like to remove the line that reads "Welcome to our newest member, [username]".
