I believe that it is good to have an avenue for kids that age to share their ideas about anything. I would not give them the all-mighty power to be the administrator of such, as they are not that mature enough to make good and sound judgements. That is why we leave that task to someone who is mature enough not to purge someone's account because he bad mouthed him, not that it isn't happening.
