Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help,

I have couple of questions;

Firstly how do you go about removing the "Sub-Forums:" text which displays on /forum.php when a forum has subforums, basically just want it to be a list of subforums with out the text saying that what it is. How would i go about doing this? I'm search and can't seem find an answer that works?

Second question is, how do you increase the size of the attachment that is alowed to be uploaded and attached to a post?
