ModCP question

Hi,

I am setting up the [default] moderator usergroup.
I want the moderator to be able to edit/delete posts/threads as normal, but I do not want them to have access to the ModCP.
From what I can see, this option has to be enabled for them to edit posts, etc.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
(I am on 4.1.3 by the way.)
