this should not be happening in the latest version, but edit the credits_popup template, then find and remove accesskey="s"

if you have the latest version, sounds like you have an edited credits_popup template that you should revert.

That is normal if you didnt create transfer intervals (also normal). When it is blank, it is hidden.

Sure, edit your event and set to 0 the amount received for words/chars
