Hi, I need to remove the "post new thread" button under couple specific forums....so not all forums.

I can turn off the forum...but that will remove both the "post new thread" and also the "post reply" buttons all together..............I need "post reply" button to stay.

I'm planning on creating threads of my own under these specific forums as Admin and disabling the option for all other users.

these are the buttons, I want removed:
