That'll ONLY Stop Spam Bots, but if you don't Use some of the Other Tools and Configurations Mentioned by the KEYCAPTCHA Team, and the Ones Recommended by the vBulletin Team (in one of my Last Replies is a Link to their Topic), and the Ones You Consider Necessary on the Posts I've Shared, then Human Spammers Will Continue to Register Manually on Your Forum Board and Will Continue Spamming (they Manually Create the Accounts and then Configure the Spam Bots to Post the Spam).

I Forgot to Mentione another Important Mod, which is the "Multiple Account Detection & Prevention", which can Help You Detect a Spammer that Try to Create Multiple Accounts From a Same Computer and/or from a Same IP, and Also Try to Login with those Accounts From a Same Computer and/or from a Same IP.

The Same as Before, Test the Mods in Your Test Forum and also Make Backups of Your Real Forum Database before Installing the Mods.
