the 8m master is default php.. it was increase allready by your host to 128m

you noted it was a 100mg file...
well it could of times out , there connection or your hosts to cause this as well
gotto take into accout how many hops it's taken these memebers with these problems to your server...
etc

there is no way that php will allow more than "upload_max_filesize of 128M "
