Like I said my Friend ..
get as much info as you can .. lets prove it's on them so we don't pull our hair out..

I use this mod on quit a few boards I manage and when problems like it accrue it's almost all the time the member is using a mac or a out dated browser...

keep me posted I would like to figure this one out..

but I assure you I truly believe it's not the mod..
