can you reprobuct what is happening to these members >?
If all is set up right it could be a ISP on the memebers part firewalls zonealarm etc on there part.

I wouldn't pull your hair out the #'s show 99% good .. I would have to say it's on there part not you or your forum/mod. Would it be ok to pop by and test it out for myself..?
