I keep getting reports from members of my site that are not able to upload anything. Its completely not reproduceable for over two years. Some say they can't even upload a 150kb file

I really would appreciate your help in this Jelle as this is becoming a huge problem at our site.

Here are the usergroup settings and I don't see whats wrong with it especially as the majority has no problems at all:
