well now it says

ok news: i erased the files, and reuplaoded the files and this popped up:

Fatal error: DBTech_Framework_Permissions::Registry::bf_ugp[dbtech_vbshoppermissions] is not an array in [path]/dbtech/vbshop/libs/permissions.php on line 92

and now if i navigate to said file, on said line, this is there:
