I am new to moding VBulletin's. I have knowable in PHP and administration of VBulletin's. With that sead I am wighting a mod that is not for the noob at all. this mod is going to require an admin panel like that of downloadsII. can any one point me in the right direction to creating one? I already have the options just not the side bar menu.
