Have you searched the mods at all? There may be something out there to do what you want using a mod. Search "permi*" or "year*" or "user*" in All Mods / Titles Only.

Nothing based off years. I will go with the way you suggested. I was only going to award based off 3, 5, 10 years. We are a 11 year board. So that is not a lot of work. Thanks for the help.

Once I get the promotion set up and the user rank set up for that user group for users to be promoted in too. Do I need to run anything to make the promotion work like you have to do when you update user ranks?
