1) I can seem to find which Stylevar go to the boxes in dark grey (Forum Information and Options, Thread Display Options, etc).

Also is there anyway to move the "Settings, My Profile, Notifications, No new messages
Inbox, Welcome", on the top right of the screen, and put it just above the tab bar.

2) I have played around a bit with the padding and moves the bar, but it also moves the banner image, which isn't what i want to do.

3) When ever I click reply to post it puts my cursor in the qiuick reply window, hot do i set it so that it take me to the adavanced window by default when clicking reply.
