vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Module problem, Adding divider btwn post title and content, and highlighting home tab

I fixed the homepage module layout situation, but the home tab isn't highlighting when i'm on the home page, the forum tab stays highlighted for some reason.. Not sure why.

Where is the 'divider between first post of thread and header' notice in my admincp? I've been searching for days and I can't find it anywhere..
