vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I find something?

Agesss ago I added a link under the navbar on the home (CMS) page next to the little "What's New?" link...now I would like to alter and add more links to this area but can't for the life of me find the edit I made. Have searched templates for the words used in the link but it draws a blank.

Any ideas what I did or where I should be looking? In the pic attached it's the "Forum Star" link you can see...What template is that?
