OK, just found a conflict issue with the AME CP Plugin (auto links youtube videos). When you post a youtube video to the same thread as something with a cross link all the crosslinks show as HTML code instead of properly rendered text with a link. I am going to go look into this conflict now but any help would be appreciated.

I suppose that changing the execution order of the Glossary plugin so that it executes after the AME plugin might help. Both are set to execute at 5. Can anyone tell me which plugins I would have to move to 6 (the parser plugins).
