vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Disable registration for users coming from specific site

This might be a very long shot but i'll try my luck. Is there anyway to disable registration if the user visited a specific site in the last x hours? I'm getting a lot of trolling from a fellow message board and it's quite difficult to tell which new members joined to talk facts and which are the ones who come for trolling.

Any help is much appreciated!

i posted this at vb.com and they suggested to try my luck here since they don't support older version like i have (3.6.7) anymore
