How about someone writing a hack that allows you to setup an automatic welcome PM to new members?

The template text would welcome the new member and inform them of certain areas to visit, for instance, a "Tell us about yourself" forum or something similar.

What do you think? I wont be able to write this hack myself, because i'm still only learning PHP and MYSQL.
