Is there a way, or perhaps a mod which allows you to enter the same sub-forum structure into multiple forums?

I have to enter the same 40 sub-forums under each of the 50 states, and importing 2,000 forums individually using the forum manager seems like it could take some time.

Is there any quicker way to do this? Is there a way that I can do it with code, or an add-on? Or is it an option that I'm just not seeing?

From what I've searched there apparently isn't, but there has to be some way.
