Default Banner Placement Question in Safari and Chrome
Hi,

We have installed the rotating banner system on our forum, and I am noticing something weird happening in Safari and Chrome.

When viewing the forum in Chrome or Safari, the Above Footer banner is directly below the Below NavBar footer on the home page as well as a page we created. Every other page appears to be working fine, but these two pages seem to have something going on to cause the misplaced banner. It seems to work fine in Explorer or Firefox.

Any idea why this may be happening? Below is a screen grab with the forum displayed in Internet Explorer on the left and Google Chrome on the right.

The Levy Racing banner in the photo on the right is supposed to be at the bottom of the page.
