See this post and download the xml file and upload that to overwrite the one you have https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....&postcount=202 and that should fix your issue, it fixed mine. Although it could be another plugin your have that might be interfering with the plugin, that has been reported as well I have seen in other posts and the vbulletin.com forum.
