Could you show me how to make a widget for the cms?

And i cant find any use for the elo system, and like the one posted earlier much better. How do i remove the elo calculator, and elo from the random player box ?

I really like the option to make tournaments where winner gets ELO points awarded to the ladder ,BUT could you make it with xp and for no. 1-2-3 ?

It would mean the world....
