Somewhere in our setup we have a setting the substitutes certain words with an icon. For example 'gb' is changed to an icon of a waving British flag. I'd love to know where this setting s so I can change it? Thanks.

Found it -

Admin CP --> Smilies --> Smilie Manager

There is a section with 'flags' and someone had previously changed the requirements for the British flag so it only needed to see GB to make the substitution.
