instead of editing section widget template, just make the new widget with html. and the fonts are controlled in vbcms in stylevars the end of the list of stuff, you would have to manually edit section widget template but html with a little table or even line breaks will work better. But you will have to add new links as you add them in sections but editing widget section template would be a drag. but if your bound to do it its a template that controls that widget , But first try this make a HTML widget add this code as an example and see how it looks
