New logo thanks to fxwoody! Made some changes to hover_text, cleaned up the site best I could at the time to get some speed back (loaded files where they shouldn't have been) and set shoutbox in the location I wanted it (under announcements).

Anyone see something that stands out as horrible? I know I don't have anything crazy unique to the site yet
