What it this '123test' inside of your table name... Did you made any code changes?... Or it is part of your table prefix? Did you change table prefix after vBET installation? Please download latest vBET version and install again.
Tables are creaded automatically during installation process. I sugest to install latest version and if any issue happens please just write - we will gladly help you
