I really don't want to complain or put Gchat down. I also realize that I am new at this and there are a lot of things I don't know.

However, when I purchased the Visichat; I was under the impression they would install and integrate it into my forum on my site: www.truchristianchat.net. They said it was installed, but when I wanted to know if they were going to integrate it, they charged me $20 for a reinstallation fee. Saying they had to reinstall it in order to integrate it.

Now, it's supposed to be installed and integrated, but I can't get into the chat room.
I thought that once it was integrated; the members on my site would only have to log into the message forums and just click on the link for the chat room.

I read the instructions about integration on this site, but it all seems like Greek to me.
I gave my username & passwords to them so they could check it out a couple of hours ago. I am concerned they will say that everything is now fine and I will have the same problem I have now.
If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
