I have not changed anything in the mod folder at all.

I have not created a different usergroup for mods at all.

Even when you check the usergroups you have the option to remove the moderator group. As far as I am aware, this is a default though. Right?

I have been on this till I am blue in the face.

I hope you can point me in the right direction, as I have been on this for weeks. Thanks
