This would have to all be custom. Find the div you want to put the border around and then put a div around that and give it isn't own class, like .myborder:

<div class="myborder">
stuff you want to put border around
</div>

Then define .myborder:

.myborder {background:url(whatever....) blue repeat etc; margin: 10px;}
