Could someone please help me with the header of this style? Mine doesn't seem to fit properly even with the original header it still has some problems fitting, I have attached some screen shots on what I mean!

Somebody suggested changing the height of the pixels which I did to 165 px but it didn't work I all so changed it on the header template to no avail... any ideas anyone?
