Okay so for a while I have run a WordPress blog (set up as a CMS) on domain.com and my forums on forums.domain.com.

I have finally bitten the bullet and decided to finally use vBulletin CMS as my front page so downloaded vb4.1.2 today and installed it I was now wondering what the best way to get my site displaying properly is.

See at the moment the installation is at forums.domain.com that is where it has been uploaded for years however now I need to make it where if they type in just domain.com it shows them my cms.

My server just crashed so is being restarted but was wondering if anyone had suggestions, should i take a database backup and import everything to the main domain.com area?
