This has actually been covered several times before. People get sick of answering the same questions because someone can't be bothered to do a simple search.

.username_container {text-align: center;}

Do similar for .usertitle, .rank and whatever others.

For help with your Thank You mod stuff, you need to ask in the thread. But, I'd do a search because that has been asked/answered several times before also and people may ignore you if you ask again.
