Let me start by saying I am completely new to this and know ALMOST NOTHING about code!

I've picked up just a few bits and pieces on how things work just purely by observation, but really I do not have any sort of real understanding about code.
I would like to instal an html header with clickable links similar to what is on our home page now.

I assume this is a matter of copying the code from the html file (but which part of the code?) and pasting it into the header template (but exactly where in the template?)

If you can help me with this I would really appreciate it so much!!
