Well others are reporting it fixed, unfortunately there's no further workarounds I can do around the bug in CometChat's picture file unless you open the URL to the image and tell me if there's a PHP error displayed there.

What they do is, they copied a default vBulletin function and don't bother checking if it exists before re-declaring it, which is incredibly bad practice.
