Almost all the users on my forum are complaining how it takes 2-3 times to login. Sometimes I have to Shift+Refresh to clear cache to be able to login again once I've logged out. I've checked my cookie settings and board settings a dozen times and they are accurate. Once logged in, there aren't any issues with logging out or anything. I just can't understand why it takes so many times to login.

Any ideas?
