Should any experienced PHP developer be able to do mods for VB or will they have a ton of extra work if they are not familiar with VB?
Thanks

I would think they could catch on rather quickly although I cannot answer that from doing the same as I come from a work experience class instead of education - basically I came from two back to back jobs dealing with a completely different and pc based software and writing macros to reduce programming time and make things simple for CAD designers so learning what I have to date in regards to vbulletin and in particular web based programming languages has been on my own... if I can learn all of this and catch on well then honestly I see no reason why someone "experienced" cannot plain and simple no need to draw it out further then that

.
