What do you mean confirm? When someone donates or attempts a donation it will add a transaction into the admincp->awcoding->transaction-> Section. There is a drop down menu that has EDIT | CONFIRM | DELETE. Select the confirm option IF you have checked the payment method and the payment is valid and real and completed.
