I am planning to install this plugin, but reading the Read Me I have a question:

Using your tool of choice, make the 'data' directory within the 'skimlinks' folder writable by the web server.
This usually takes the form of a 'chmod' command:

chmod -R 777 skimlinks/data
========================

I am no techie, so you could give a more detailed step by step instruction how to add this command?
