Default header/banner size
what is teh difference between the two? I keep reading these as different items with questions on them but isn't the header the same as the banner?

I want to make a header for my site, the area where on default skins say vbulletin.org like this one for example to my personal one. how do I konw what size to make it?

photoshop is the best way to create one right?
