no i no a reinstall won't make the header reappear but i'm not sure of the changes that were made to get it to look like the rest of the site. Yes it did at one time look like the rest, i'm just wondering my best starting point right now. I put what code I have back in to get chrome to display it close to the rest, but IE is way off.

please anyone that could give me any help please reply, i'm working through it slowly but there are just certain things that I don't know where to change the code to make it work right. The forumhead button is not going the whole way across the posts right now, i think it has something to do with the amount of characters in the post. Just any help with the next step would be greatly appreciated. Also the lower menu in the navbar if I put a background on it it removes the background on the upper navbar in IE but not in chrome, I'll put the background on now to leave the example.
